With the recent acquisition of SIBA (Self Insured
Benefit Administrators) of Clearwater, FL and BeneSys of Lafayette, LA, the Covenant Services Group can now offer customers their superior service and products at two additional locations. “Healthcare is a global issue that requires local delivery,” said James F. Ballew, President/CEO of the Covenant Services Group. “We are now able to provide a local and personal presence in these marketing territories and combined with the stability of our parent company, the Covenant Services Group, we offer a great benefit to our customers.”

This regional presence can also reduce apprehensions regarding the upcoming storm season and disaster recovery programs. All account information is stored not only at the local office but also in the parent company system. With our three stage process, there is a better opportunity for faster recovery built right in. “Our secure systems allows our adjusters to access account information through the parent company, even if the local offices suffer from damage. In case of any type of disaster, we can continue to process claims without missing a beat,” explained Ballew.
